Propose dates and manage changes
Create the event, categories and court schedule. Proposals wait for venue approval. Changes outside an approved live schedule need another review before replacing the published times.
Run match day
Manage entrants, draws, match times and live scores. Collect entry fees directly and record their status; TEKKA does not process entry-fee payments. Club court-fee settlements are tracked separately.

Can one tournament have several draws?
Yes. A single event can host several categories, for example Men's Open, Women's Singles, and Mixed Doubles, each with its own format, capacity, entry fee, and skill level.
Do you support doubles?
Yes. Any category can be a doubles draw. Players enter as a pair, or sign up solo and get matched with a partner before the draw is built.
Which bracket formats are supported?
Five: knockout, double elimination, round-robin, groups with playoffs, and Swiss. Each one handles progression, seeding, standings, and tiebreakers for you.
How do entry fees work?
You set a fee per category, TEKKA shows it to players at registration, and the admin view keeps a paid/unpaid list for the event. Collecting stays with you, whether that is cash at reception or a transfer, and you mark each entry paid as the money arrives. TEKKA does not process entry fees.
Will tournaments collide with normal booking?
No. Court holds reserve the match times, so the tournament never overwrites open booking on the public grid.
Who can create tournaments?
Owners and managers create club events. Coaches on your staff can too, from the coach tools, once you approve them as organizers. You can also approve any TEKKA user as an organizer: they create tournaments at your club, and everything they build stays inside it.
