TEKKA Platform - Business Registration and Subscription Terms
Last Updated: October 27, 2026
Welcome to TEKKA. These Business Registration and Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern the registration of a business account on the TEKKA platform ("Platform") and the associated subscription required to utilize our software and services as a business owner or operator ("Business", "you", or "your"). References in these Terms to the "Club" mean the sports club, facility, or venue operator that the Business registers on the Platform, as defined in our Club Terms of Service.
By registering a Business account, selecting a subscription plan, or accessing the Platform's business features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Business profile on TEKKA, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind the business entity to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your business and TEKKA ("we", "us", or "our").
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the GDPR.
2. Business Account Registration
2.1 Information Accuracy: When creating a Business account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your official business name, contact email, and secure credentials. You are responsible for keeping this information updated.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
2.3 Verification: TEKKA reserves the right to verify your business identity, your authorization to operate listed facilities, and your right to receive payments through configured methods. You must provide up to three consolidated verification uploads where requested: (1) identity and tax (e.g. incorporation and tax/VAT registration), (2) financial proof (e.g. a recent bank statement showing business name, address, and account details), and (3) facility and operations (e.g. lease, insurance, and operating permits). You may also upload facility photos of your venue. If bank transfer and VietQR use different account numbers, a separate financial proof is required for each account. In addition, verification includes confirming the identity of the Club's owner or an authorized signatory by means of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, national ID card, or driving licence) uploaded to TEKKA as part of the verification bundle. Uploaded documents are reviewed by TEKKA staff; TEKKA does not use automated (AI) analysis of your documents. Uploaded documents are stored encrypted and handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you connect a hosted payment provider (for example Stripe Connect), that provider additionally performs its own Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding, and a successfully verified payment account may satisfy some of TEKKA's verification requirements. TEKKA may also screen business owners and signatories against applicable sanctions and politically-exposed-person (PEP) lists on an ongoing basis. TEKKA may withhold or disable payment methods, public listing features, or administrative capabilities until verification is complete.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
To utilize the TEKKA Platform for listing facilities, managing bookings, and accessing administrative features, Businesses are required to maintain an active subscription.
3.1 Monthly Subscription Fee: The Platform operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. The subscription fee is calculated based on the tier applicable to your business, which is determined by the number of active courts or facilities you manage through the Platform and your booking revenue processed through the Platform over the preceding thirty (30) days. The applicable tier, its inputs, and the resulting monthly amount are displayed in your business dashboard before checkout and before each change takes effect.
3.2 Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis on your designated payment day. You will be charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.
3.3 Payment Processing: All subscription payments are securely processed through our designated third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). Your payment card is saved once during checkout and charged automatically each billing cycle. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor and authorize them to charge your provided payment method for the recurring subscription fees.
3.4 Smart Features: You may opt into additional "Smart Features" during or after your initial subscription checkout. These add-ons will incur additional fees, which will be clearly displayed and added to your total monthly subscription cost.
3.5 Plan Upgrades and Adjustments: If you upgrade your plan (e.g., by adding more courts that move your business to a higher tier) or add Smart Features mid-cycle, your subscription fee will be recalculated. You may be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle to reflect these changes.
4. Subscription States and Grace Periods
4.1 Active Status: Your business account is fully operational and visible to users while your subscription status remains "active."
4.2 Free Periods: TEKKA may, at its sole discretion, grant temporary promotional or grace periods. During this time, standard subscription fees are waived, but all other Terms and operational obligations remain in full effect.
4.3 Past Due and Incomplete Status: If a recurring payment fails or a checkout is left incomplete, your subscription will enter a "past due" or "incomplete" state. TEKKA reserves the right to suspend your administrative access, disable new booking capabilities, and hide your facilities from users until the outstanding balance is settled and the subscription is restored to an active state.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Cancellation by Business: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your business dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to the Platform's business features until the end of that period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.
5.2 Termination by TEKKA: TEKKA may suspend or terminate your Business account and subscription if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that harms the Platform, its users, or our reputation. Except where immediate action is required by law, repeated infringement, fraud, or an imperative safety or security reason, TEKKA will provide a statement of reasons on a durable medium — at least thirty (30) days in advance in the case of termination, and before or at the time of effect in the case of a restriction or suspension. You may contest such decisions through our internal complaint-handling process at [email protected].
6. Business Operations and Compliance
6.1 Service Delivery: Maintaining a subscription grants you access to the Platform's software. It does not absolve you of the responsibility to honor user bookings, maintain safe facilities, and provide excellent customer service to users who book through TEKKA.
6.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to operate your business and use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
7. Modifications to Subscription Terms and Pricing
TEKKA may change its subscription tiers, pricing structure, and these Terms. We will provide you with notice of any pricing or terms changes on a durable medium (e.g., email or dashboard notification) at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect (or longer where the changes require you to make technical or commercial adaptations). You may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect if you do not accept them. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the new terms and pricing. The notice period does not apply where changes are required by law or address an unforeseen and imminent danger.
8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the same Limitation of Liability, Carve-Outs, Indemnification, and Governing Law and Dispute Resolution provisions set out in Sections 8, 9, and 11 of our Club Terms of Service, which apply to these Terms mutatis mutandis.
By clicking "Sign Up," completing the registration process, or authorizing the subscription fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Business Registration and Subscription Terms.
