TEKKA Platform - Club Referral Program Terms

These Club Referral Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern the TEKKA club referral bounty program (the "Program"), under which TEKKA pays a reward to eligible users who introduce a new sports club to the Platform. The Program is offered and funded by TEKKA ("we", "us"). By sharing your referral code with a prospective club or claiming a bounty, you agree to these Program Terms, which supplement the User Terms of Service.

1. How the Program Works

1.1 Every registered TEKKA user has a personal referral code and share link, available on the Referral page of the Platform.

1.2 A "Qualified Referral" occurs when all of the following are met:

• a business owner signs up for a TEKKA business account using your referral code or share link at the time of registration (codes cannot be attached to an existing account retroactively);
• that business creates a club on the Platform which becomes live — meaning the club is active and has passed TEKKA's onboarding verification;
• the club remains live for at least thirty (30) consecutive days from the date its onboarding was approved; and
• the club has accumulated at least ten (10) confirmed or completed bookings through the Platform by the end of that period.

1.3 Progress is evaluated automatically on a recurring basis. When all conditions are met, the referral is marked qualified and the bounty becomes payable.

2. The Bounty

2.1 The standard bounty is USD 50 per Qualified Referral, unless a different amount or currency was displayed to you on the Referral page or in the campaign material through which you learned about the Program. The amount and currency are fixed at the time the referred business signs up.

2.2 Payout is processed manually by TEKKA staff after a referral qualifies. We will contact you using your account contact details to arrange the payment method. Payouts may take up to thirty (30) days from qualification.

2.3 You are responsible for any taxes due on bounty payments in your jurisdiction. TEKKA may require reasonable identification or tax information before paying out, and may withhold amounts where required by law.

3. Eligibility and Limits

3.1 You must have a TEKKA account in good standing to participate and to receive a payout.

3.2 One referral per referred business: each business account can be referred once, by the first code it signs up with. Each referred business can produce at most one bounty, tied to its first club.

3.3 No self-referral: you cannot refer yourself, or a business account or club that you own or control (for example as its owner, co-owner or director). Club staff who do not own or control the club, such as receptionists, coaches or managers, may refer the club they work for. Referral claims where the referrer and the referred business are the same person or entity are void.

3.4 TEKKA employees and contractors may participate only where permitted by their agreement with TEKKA.

4. Fraud and Abuse

4.1 TEKKA may investigate any referral and may withhold, void, or reclaim a bounty where we reasonably believe that:

• the referred business, its club, or its bookings are not genuine (including bookings created primarily to reach the qualification threshold);
• the referral resulted from self-referral, multiple or coordinated accounts, purchased or incentivized signups, misleading advertising, or spam (including bulk unsolicited email or messages promoting your code);
• your account or the referred business's account breaches the applicable Terms of Service; or
• the referral was claimed in a way that circumvents Section 3.

4.2 Voided referrals are shown as such and do not accrue a bounty. Repeated or serious abuse may lead to suspension from the Program or the Platform.

5. Program Changes and Termination

5.1 TEKKA may modify the bounty amount, qualification conditions, or these Program Terms, or suspend or terminate the Program, at any time. Changes apply prospectively: a referral whose business account was already signed up before the change is evaluated and paid under the conditions in force at signup.

5.2 The Program is a discretionary promotional offer. It does not create any ongoing obligation for TEKKA to keep offering bounties, and it is void where prohibited by law.

6. General

6.1 Personal data processed in connection with the Program (yours and the referred business's) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 The Limitation of Liability and Governing Law provisions of the User Terms of Service apply to these Program Terms mutatis mutandis. Questions and disputes about referral status or payouts: [email protected].
