This page identifies the provider of the TEKKA platform (the website jointekka.com and the TEKKA mobile app). It is published to satisfy the provider-identification duties of, among others, Hungary's Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce (Ekertv.) §4, Germany's Digital Services Act (DDG) §5 and Austria's E-Commerce Act (ECG) §5, and Article 5 of the EU e-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC). Supervisory and dispute-resolution information
- Governing terms: the User Terms of Service, Club Terms of Service, Coach Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- Out-of-court dispute resolution: consumers in the EU may use the national bodies named in §11.4 of the User Terms of Service (Czech Trade Inspection Authority, the Hungarian conciliation boards, the Italian ADR entities under the Consumer Code) or the ADR body designated in their country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228) and is no longer available.
- Japan: the disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions is at /legal/specified-commercial-transactions.
- Professional regulation: TEKKA LLC provides software services and is not subject to a regulated-profession regime.
Who sells what
TEKKA operates a software platform. Court bookings, lessons, Open Play sessions, tournaments and other club or coach services are sold by the club or coach named at checkout, who is the contracting party and payment recipient for those services. TEKKA LLC sells only its own platform services (club subscriptions and add-ons) and is the provider identified on this page for those.
