FAQ
Is Match Vault free?
Photos are free up to six per booking and a small total storage limit. A one-off unlock raises the per-booking cap, adds video, and takes your total storage to 25 GB, with add-ons if you fill it.
Can I upload video?
Yes, once you've unlocked the vault. Free accounts upload photos. Video needs the unlock, and clips count against your storage like anything else.
How long is my media kept?
Every file is permanently deleted two years after you upload it. You get one email roughly 30 days before your first files reach that point, so you can download anything you want to keep.
What if I delete something from my phone?
Your vault copy is stored separately and stays available for the rest of its two-year window.
Can I share media with my partner or coach?
Not yet. Your vault is private to you today, with no in-app sharing and no coach access. You can download a file and send it on yourself.
Does media attach to Open Play matches too?
Yes. Media attaches to any court you booked through TEKKA, whether that is a solo practice hour, a doubles night, or an Open Play match.
