Is availability always up to date?
Yes. The live court grid reflects current bookings, so the open slots you see are ones you can take.
Which payment methods can I use?
That depends on your club and your country. Card, bank transfer, cash at the club, and regional wallets and QR payments are all supported, and checkout shows exactly what your club accepts before you pay. After a recorded no-show, a cash booking at a club outside the EU also asks for a small deposit, which can be charged if you cancel late or don't turn up.
Can I book with friends?
Yes. Add co-players by email or phone so everyone is on the reservation and can see the details.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Confirmations and receipts stay with the booking in your dashboard.
What if a peak slot is a lottery?
Some clubs put their busiest times into a draw. The draw is random and weighted rather than equal chance for everyone, and if you win you confirm and pay like any other booking.
Do I need a different account for every club?
No. One TEKKA player account works across clubs, and your profile, history, and preferences travel with you.
