FAQ
Do I need a club membership to use Open Play?
A TEKKA account is enough. You can post availability and get paired at any club that takes bookings through TEKKA.
How does NTRP matching work?
You set your level and the range you want to play against on your profile. Pairing only puts you with someone whose range works both ways.
When is the court actually booked?
The court is held when the match forms. It confirms once each player pays, commits to cash at the desk, or submits transfer proof, using the club’s enabled methods.
What if the other player doesn't pay?
If the match fails, payments are refunded. If you leave after paying, your share is refunded only when a replacement takes your place.
Can more than two players join?
Open Play pairs two players for a match. For bigger groups, use a regular booking or a tournament.
Is Open Play free to try?
The account and browsing are free. Court fees apply when a match forms, using the club’s payment options.
